Default Is there a DIY for Lowering springs install?

Just trying to get a idea of what I'm getting myself into
2000 tt 180 hp quattro Now in the 20 psi no chip club thanks cincytt

Here is a pretty good break down. The rear will be a little differnt, but more or less the same.
