abs light stays on with flashing brake light!

Default abs light stays on with flashing brake light!

so yeah on my 2000 a4 1.8tqm my abs light stays on and my brake light flashes, didnt start until i put lowering springs on my car and i think i might have messed up one of the sensors, but an audi mechanic told me i the modules or something was messed up and i gotta get a new one(like 600 bucks) so i was wondering if this has happened to anyone, or if anyone has any input! please let me know! thanks!

abs module has gone bad and this has happend to everyone how many miles do you have on your car?

oh yeah i guess yea guess i should have searched it but yeah about 130 thousand, is the module a common problem with our cars?

its prob the most common promblem with this car now for a new one is about $500 but modulemasters.com can do it for $130

oh cool cool! well looks like i have something too do this weekend.lol is taking it off an easy diy or should i leave it up to a mechanic? thanks for the help btw.

really easy the first week i bought the car i did the abs

and while your waiting to get the module fix u can drive with it off just be extra careful in the rain
