98.5 A4 2.8 code help - P1602, P1426, P0300, P1857
Hi I need some help figuring out where to start looking for problems with with these codes I just pulled on my 98.5 A4 2.8 quattro with the AHA engine. The car idles at about 500rpm and has trouble going above 1200-1500 rpm so it is not at all drivable, as I've never been able to get it going over 15-20mph. I bought it damaged after it had rear ended an suv last January, I have all the body work done, I just need to figure out why its not running right. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nick

cleared these codes and only get this code:
17967 Throttle Valve Control part (j338): Fault in basic settings
P1559 - 35-00--
I turned the ignition to the on position for about 5 minutes to try and readjust the throttle body, it didn't work.
I'm pretty sure once this is fixed the car should run a lot better, after clearing the stored codes it ran a lot better. Then when I drove it around the block I could clear the above(P1559) code while driving and it would accelerate, and perform normally. If anyone could help me figure out where to go from here it would be very much appreciated, its about time I get this thing running right.

Anyone? I really need some help here. Does this sound like an issue with the throttle body? or a sensor? vag-com says the throttle position while idling is 0 degrees while on my other 2.8 A4 it is 4.6 degrees.

Yeah I put seafoam in the gas and added about 5 gallons of premium, and then I changed the plugs. Cleared all the other codes which haven't come back, I'm just getting this one still: 17967 Throttle Valve Control part (j338): Fault in basic settings
P1559 - 35-00--
I disconnected the battery overnight and tried the whole thing where you leave the key in the on position 5 minutes, and nothing.
