Default central locking issue

Hi folks, me again with the central locking problems.
Problem is this, unlocking operation always works without a problem, but locking operation usually does not work at first. When i push the lock button, vacum pump stays silent, usually I need to unlock 2-3 times( I can hear the vacum pump) already unlocked doors, and then eventually the pump locks the door.Same thing with the remote and with the key.
Any thoughts?(1996 1.8 adr, vacum pump with one hose, no sun roof)

sounds like... you are a heck of a mechanic. can you justify your thoughts with codes, or experience, to help the guy out? why would you respond at all if you don't have anything to add. 'sounds like it won't lock or unlock.' 'sounds like it may lock or unlock if you did this...' you don't add much value here, but you're not the first expert that takes his car to the shop rather than work on it himself. gee wiz.

First of all: **** you. I probably have more hands on experience with the "Central Locking Pump" and the "Central Locking System" than you do with anything on your car. I've written extensively about this issue, but smart asses like you seem to forget that there is a "SEARCH" feature. I'm not going to write the same article every time someone has a CLP issue. I gave him the answer to his question. If something's going bad, you replace it. I'm not going to insult someone's intelligence by explaining that to them.

If he has more questions, he's more than welcome to ask. You deciding to jump into a random thread and troll it for no reason..... AND.....to add ZERO value to the OP's question just shows how pathetic you are (hypocrite). YOU are what's wrong with every forum. Do yourself a favor and close your account.......then try talking **** to people's faces.
