Default would any of this information pertain to my problem?

I checked my vacuum at the intake manifold and it reads steady at 19-20in/Hg... However, when dropping into first gear the RPMs jump from 800 to 1200 before settling every time I come to a stop. I receive the 1136 engine code for Long term fuel trim, add fuel bank 1. System to lean code. The MAF sensor has been replaced and next I will replace the O2 sensors, unless anyone can advise otherwise. Any advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

I know this is an old thread but was this issue ever fixed. I am having the same symptoms on my 08 Audi A3 3.2 Quattro. Cleaned the MAF and if went away for a while but the codes come back up eventually. When I clear them them I get a hard start and it runs terrible for about 5 minutes.
