Default How do you remove the hazard light switch?

I need to remove it in order to clean the relay thats causing my turn signal to malfunction. But in order to do that, I need to remove the hazard light box. I know that you need to remove the radio first, but I'm a little unsure of how to do that. Any helpful videos, or step by step instructions?

first off, what year car do you have?
second, im relatively sure regardless of year you do NOT have to remove the radio.

ok so, above your radio bedzel, u have 2 fog light buttons and maybe a ESP or blank button, hazard, and cup holder. that has its own face plate.

the best way to remove that plate is with a butter knife, bend the tip with pliers to 45degree angle, and use it to pry at the edges(its held in with like 6 clips) once that's off you need to pull out the box. again the butter knife will help here. then u unhook and done.

its really easy i promise. i got my butter knife and it took me 5 mins, half hour to pull apart, play with the hazard relay inside and reinstall.

pulling apart the box(the actually hazard switch box) was a real PITA i broke the clips on it and did a ghetto tap job to keep it in one piece but nothing that u can see after reassembly.
