I didn't need a new N75 after all!
My tinkering around actually saved me some $$ for once . It turns out that the erratic boost problem I had along with the EPC coming on wasn't from a bad N75. It was all from a stupid little piece of vacuum line! I swear I never would have figured it out if I didn't get in there and take it off because the tear was hidden. I was actually going to connect the line from the turbo directly to the WG to run at 5psi. until I got a new N75. I drove the car and noticed that I had the same erratic boost problem, so I was like wait a minute. The line from the N75 to the WG was perfectly fine but the one from the turbo to the N75 looked like this. I put on a new piece of line and now my car runs perfectly. I think I had this problem since I've owned the car and just now figured it out lol. Now, a coil pack and piece of rubber tubing later, my engine finally runs the way it's supposed to. Who would've thought. No more misfires, erratic boosting, or EPC occurrences. I don't mean to sound overly excited, but it took me a long time to figure it all out because I knew nothing about turbos when I got this car.
