Default Oil on the spark plugs help?

Need some help, a while back, my cel came on, and of course i go and get one of those free diagnostics at autozone. i get code number P0432, and assume that it is something that can wait for a little while. Well, today, i just swapped out my spark plugs and changed the air filter, but when i changed the spark plugs, i had four that had oil on the threading of the plugs, and two that were completely normal. any ideas of what this could indicate?

It's a valve cover gasket. Ours have 2 pieces, mine also leaked around the spark plugs. There is a DIY on passat forum

it's a 2.8, not using much oil at all, and no excessive or blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. it has been starting hard this winter though

well just change the plugs use ngk's by what i understand people on the fourms say the ngk's work better than the bosche and im running the bosche with no issue's when you change the plugs just check back in a few 1000 miles and see what you get but i wouldnt worry about that at all
