Resetting codes to pass insp. HELP
I haven't been on this site for so long, I can't remeber when it was and had to re-register! That A4 just goes and goes! But at last inspection, emissions failed. Throwing codes for bad cats. I have a simple OBD2 code reader that can clear codes. But, I know that it takes some time for the codes to go away on the car. Is this determined by milage, number of times you start it, ???????? I know some readers will tell you when the car resets, but mine doesn't. Any help appreciated.
