Spark pluggs? Synthetic Oil?
OK so i finally got my A4 fixed, sorry i couldnt post anything on the old forums, it wouldn't let me! idk it was weird, but anyways they just did a complete throttlebody cleanup and that did it. the stealership didn't rape me so bad! it was like 160 for the whole thing. but anyways i want to change my pluggs, and do an oil change. ok first can i put iridium spark pluggs on a bone stock30V 2.8 v6??? and which is better Denso or NGK? which wil give me better results? ok, now oil: what do the Quattro's use? 10W30 or 10W40?? and which is the best, i've heard royal purple is good and Q-horse power is good but i really dont know?? any suggestions?

I've got Densos and I like them but they're pretty expensive, i think they were like$10-12ea. I've read a lot of good thing about NGKs on here, I'll be going that route when I change them out here beginning of May.

RE: Spark pluggs? Synthetic Oil?
I went bosch... i went to auto parts and found out that bosch had iriduim spark pluggs, so i went ahead and bought them, didn't really feel any hp gain though, the old pluggs were pretty bad! funny thing is that the oneson the car seemed to be original equipment from audi and they were NGKs and had a VW/Audi logo on them wtf?

RE: Spark pluggs? Synthetic Oil?
because OEM Audi plugs might have been NGK?? just a thought.
as for oil it all boils down to preference/availability/price and for me I can get Aimsoil for wholesale so I use that the 5w-40 Euroblend and love it.
I might switch up and try Mobil1 or Royal purple next though just for fun or Motul
