brake issue's

Default brake issue's

okay well when i start my car and go in reverse the brake pedal makes this weird spring noise and somtimes when im stoped i can put the brake pedal down pretty far while driving the brakes work fine usualy i have no promblems any idea's all brand new brake pads

u check ur fluid or any leaks in the lines that could be leting air bubbles in (for your pushing the brake pedal down far problem)

as far as ur reverse do u press the brakes when it makes the noise? or does it make the noise if u press or dont press?

yeah i press it in reverse it kinda push back on the pedal and i have all new brake fluid as of yesterday and bleed the 2 rear brakes

Shouldn't a spring noise lead you to suspect a mechanical problem with your brakes

it might i did have the abs module rebuilt could that be it?

are u going over any bumps? cuz i just noticed this the other day, when going over a bump or pothole and trying to slow down it feels like the brake pedal is pushing back and vibrating, idk what it is so i just down shift and engine brake for now... i hpoe u figure it out so i can too lol

thats prob your abs giving you control of the car i prob need to bleed the brakes again does anyone know how many pounds it has to be i think i got 30

im not sure... i remember reading it online somewhere a few hours ago.. sorry... but what do u mean giving me control? cuz when it pushes back on the pedal it makes a funny know and i feel a grinding on my foot too

well haha our car has the same issue and i mean control as in its aplying brakes to only certain wheels so you dont loose control

Well hopefully its nothing bad, u said ur abs module was just rebuilt too so hopefully that means its just a simple fix LoL... But either way ill keep an eye on this thread and hopefully someone knows what's up
