There is a ton of information out there with older models. I'm looking to buy the broken hinge for my B7. Where is the best place to buy it?

 

What year is your car? Is it not in warrenty any more? There is a TSB about the glovebox door. It shuts hard, and can break. There is a fix for the door, that keeps the door brake from jamming causing undue force on the door. My door was shutting hard, and the dealer fixed it under warrenty. I was having to slam the door, with the latch in the open position, or the door would not stay closed.

 

My 2008 A4 glove box latch broke at 22k miles; the dealer replaced the glove box lid under warranty.

 

I just had mine replaced under warranty, didn't pay a dime and they gave me a free loaner TT roadster for the weekend
