Default New b7 owner. What should I look for, replace? (high miles)

So I just picked up a 2006 a4 2.0t 6speed. The price was right(Under $5k), but it has 191k miles. It is not my daily driver, just something for the winter. When I got it I was told the coil packs, thermostat and breaks were done recently. I also was told timing belt/water pump was done at 120k
The car is pretty mint. Under the hood looks clean, starts first turn, clutch grabs fine, no overly concerning noises. It sounds like the passenger side wheel has a bad shock or something, thats all.
I know how these cars can be money pits, so what parts should I look for that might be failing? What preventative maintenance should I do? Really looking for any advice so I do not have a paper wait before it hits 200k.

Cam follower comes to mind. Also, timing belt will need to be changed again. There is debate on here about when that should be done (I have heard 60k, 75k, and 115k). I changed mine at 105k. I would guess that shocks and such are probably starting to wear out as well.

At that mileage, if the control arm bushings (or the entire arms) haven't been replaced, they're probably shot as well.

I definitely thinnk there is something wrong with the suspension or passenger wheel. If I hit any bumps on it I can hear a little bang. Maybe that is the control arm. Looks like Cam follower is a cheap part, think I will get that done. Thanks guys

It is a cheap part, but it's a giant pain thanks to the banjo bolt on the early B7s.

Put the car on a lift with the wheels hanging and you can see the bushings on the upper CAs. It's pretty obvious when they're all cracked and split.
