Ticking AFTER PCV valve replacement
Hello Everyone,
I bought a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0T B7 a few months ago. After everything running fine, I noticed a minor oil leak coming from the screw shown in the photos below. It's at the front of the engine and circled.

Doing some research I also learned about the PCV valve failures and the back pressure caused in the engine and how when you open the oil cap when the engine is running and did this test and had these symptoms. I replaced the PCV valve tonight and turned the car on. Everything seemed fine, RPM's were idling higher than usual for a bit. Took off the oil cap to check if it still did the suction and engine stutter, and it produced the same results. Problem was not fixed.
Now the new noises started. Loud ticking coming from the N80 valve.

And I also noticed that when you take the oil cap off when it's running, you hear suction coming from the high pressure fuel pump.

Has anyone experienced these same issues? Is the Cam Follower to Blame? Do I need to replace the high pressure fuel pump, and N80 valve? What else would cause the back-pressure inside the engine?
Also, Whats the deal with the oil leaking from the screw to the valve head cover. Should I go ahead and replace the valve head cover gasket?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you all in advance!!
