MMI - Reinstall phone?

I'm having a weird issue with the MMI on my 09 A4 Everything now works except the phone. My cell says bluetooth is connected and I can make calls from my phone handset, but I can't get it connected to the MMI. In fact, on the phone display, the message just says the phone is "not installed." Additionally, if I turn off the ignition with the MMI on, then restart the car later, the MMI is off. All other parts of the MMI (CD/AUX, Sirius, Radio, Nav, etc.) are working fine. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you!
