Default GIAC chip questions

First of all the car is a 99.5 A4 1.8tqm with a milltek catback, samco TB pipe and "possibly" a GIAC chip.

I was told by the previous owner of my car that it had a GIAC chip that brought the car to "euro specs" and I when to GIAC's website and they list a euro chip but I can't really tell if it is a chip for european a4's or something like I am describing. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had information on this euro chip, and possibly how much boost I would be running with it. I spike to about 14 and settle around 12 til close to redline, then down to about 9-10 at redline.

Everything I have read about GIAC chips talks about boost levels around 18-20 psi and I haven't even seen a spike anywhere near that, but that was on GIAC X+ chips which I am pretty sure I don't have.

Thanks in advance!
