Some of you may have seen the running commentary that I have had in reference to this dealership.There were a number of issues that I had with them which were unresolved. Primarily through the efforts of George Tierri, everything has been resolved, and they bought back the car from me, with agreeable terms. It has taken a long time, but John and Mike Daniels decided that it was time to put this all to rest, and I have to admit that the way it was handled seemed fair to me. If you need to talk to someone about any problems, I would suggest you give George a call. The guy is fair, and conducts himself like a gentleman, and does his best to help out a customer. This is what customer service should be about. At this time, I am no longer an Audi owner, so I wish you all good luck, and enjoy your ride.
