Nalley Audi is the the biggest rip-offs I have ever dealt with. $10,000.00 later and they will not honor their warranties or repair what they have damaged in my car. I loathe this place and if you value your car (Audi) do not use them.

I purchased 2 Audi's from this dealership, the first one was totaled so I went back and purchased another and I have had nothing but problems with it since day 3 of owning same.

Everything in the car has been replaced, some under warranty and some not. Now that I need the warranties to kick in they are refusing to service the car.

Due to Nalley Audi's poor workmanship, no other Audi dealership, including Audi of America, Inc, will work on the car without charging me, go freakin figure.

Anyone have experience with Jim Ellis Audi in Atlanta?

 

Be careful of everytime you go there (especially with Roy) you will need something else besides what you brought your car in for. Although, I think that every car dealership does that. My thing with them is the "workamnship" is horrible. They did not put my car back together properly and I had to keep coming back for one thing or another. I bought the car certified pre-owened, well that sure did not mean a lot, except "warranty".

My friends make me the butt of their car jokes, because I had Nalley's loaner's more than I did my car.

 

I am getting ready to use them due to Nalley Audi's refusal to repair my car, even under warranty. I hope it works out, part of me just wants to sell my Audi and buy another car. I have had such a bad experience with this Audi that I am thinking of buying another type car.
