Hello

I have a problem here and not sure how to fix it. I am unable to eject my Navigation DVD from the device in the trunk of my car. I press the button and here it making some noise but the DVD is not ejected. How can I get the DVD out? Is there a manul eject hole like on the CD/DVD of computers some where?

Had to go to service dept for them to connect computer & unlock CD. They said it's locked to prevent anyone stealing disc. Then what's the point of having a CD if you can't use it.

 

Problem with my 2006 Yukon XL Denali?

 

The DVD eject is supposed to be unlocked during the predelivery inspection/set up. It's locked so the disc doesn't "walk off" between the trip from the factory to the dealership. The DVD drive is for the NAV disc ONLY. It has no other function (like playing movies).

 

My drive plays CD's just fine.

 

Went and talked to the dealer. The drive was locked out. they unlocked it for me. Everyone stating the drive is locked was right. Dealer tried to tell me it is locked so the client/owner doesn't loss the Navigation DVD. Go figure.

 

I have get installed Audi A3 DVD GPS device recently, looking good in features but I want to know how can I use TV DVB-T functions?
