2000 A8 power windows and power locks are not working

Exclamation 2000 A8 power windows and power locks are not working
It looks like these two functions are controlled by the Brown row #2 10 amp fuse on the passenger side box. These are the only two items controlled by that fuse. The fuse is not blown, but its seem strange that both functions do not work. Thus, I need assistance please!!!
