Bent Valves and Bent Crank: 2010 Audi A4

Bent Valves and Bent Crank: 2010 Audi A4
Vitals:
2010 Audi A4 Turbo Quattro
74K miles
Automatic
Problem:
I bought the car at Carmax and purchased the extended warranty to 125K miles. The car had 24K miles in December of 2011.
I have the service records from both Carmax and Audi dealership since I bought the car in 2011.
The extended warranty company is trying to get out of paying the claim by proving negligence.
The shop that I had the car towed is saying there are no signs of negligence or outside damage or anything indicating that I did anything wrong.
They are wanting to know the cause of why there are bent valves and most likely a bent crank. They want the shop to take the block apart and investigate the root cause.
The engine light came on one day. The next morning it was running really rough and so I had it towed to the local shop the second day after the light came on. (Internet said it was most likely bad coils). The last service was April of 2013. 6 months later this happens.
The shop said it was most likely due to a loss of oil pressure but have not been able to determine the cause for the loss of oil pressure.
Question:
Does anyone know the most likely options that could have cause this catastrophic failure without taking apart the whole engine?
Please help!!!

O man sorry for this I'm not too sure but it sounds like its timing related. If its an interference engine and you jumped time some how that's how you got your bent valves but bent crank is really new to me. I'm not too sure on your engine but I do know that on our C5 platform Audis if we jump time or lose the belt then we get bent valves. Like I said the bent valves can be timing related but the crank is yeah weird. Best regards and keep us posted

*Edit* if you lost oil pressure it's because most likely you don't have oil in your engine due to perhaps a leak. Now as far as i know running without oil is going to get you a seized engine but not bent valves and worse bent crank. Besides the CEL did you get a low oil pressure warning as well?
