ECU Tuning/Flashing
Hello Audi People,
I am actually looking for "k0mpressed" but can't seem to find his name in the search members list. I have purchased an 98 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8t that has an 2000 ATW engine. I have replaced front control arms, suspension and even solved several oil leaks. It is a big step up from my Jetta 2.slow = )
However, I was visually inspecting the engine and noticed the SAIS is half missing. Doing several research, I discovered the previous owners (who ever did it) did a SAIS delete. I need to get this resolved before my Emission test comes on the end of May.
How much would it cost for a ECU SAI delete flash and who can do it? If this is done, do i even need some PostReleased SAI/EVAP Delete Resistors (http://www.intengineering.com/postre...le-plug.html)? Every advice is appreciated!

ha! Nvm, I found him in Audizine.
Read majority of his started threads, very interesting DIY. Going to give the SAI Delete ECU Flash a shot.
how to: permanently delete rear o2/secondary air injection dtc's.
Waiting on Galletto 1260 cable now!
Now need to figure out how to mess around with Winols...
