I just replaced the heater core in my 92 100s. a good 20 hrs.... anyways i got everything hooked up the way it was with the heater box back in place and my heat still wont work. the previous owner just bypassed the heater core when it broke b/c they didn't want to fool around with it.(maybe i shouldn't have either). can anyone help me with my heat. i'm freezing over here!!!!!

 

Hmm... Is there a one-way check valve in line? Do the heater hoses get hot? I have not been into one myself, I just wonder how you determined the core was bad? Was it leakin? Is the valve opening between the core and the system?
