So this weekend I plan on buying my first Audi there are two I am considering

2001 Audi A4 101,000mi
-Non Quattro
-Automatic
-Misfire problem (dealer agrees to fix it)
-Plus I get a two warranty on the Engine and Trans

or

2000 Audi a4 118,000mi
-Quattro
-Manual
-No engine problems (that I know of)
-No warranty (but a few hundred cheaper)

Now as much as I would love to get the manual quattro Audi I do not know how to drive stick and it comes as is with no warranty on the engine or trans. Also I do a lot of driving and I plan on driving back and forth to downtown and back for school purposes and traffic is a real pain where I live. On the other hand I do know my way around a car and I do plan on modifying the Audi (probably putting hundreds into the car). So that where I'm at right now.....

Any suggestions????
