XM radio from 06 A4. Was activated and worked when I removed it. Have since cancelled my account at Sirius so it's no longer activated.

Any idea if this will work in 2015 A4? It came with Sirius but for my purposes Sirius is useless and XM works.

 

I have no idea. I know in a B7 there were different antenna connectors depending on whether you had Sirius or XM. And I'm also not sure there are two different radios in 2015. Weren't Sirius and XM merged by about 2010?

 

They antenna should work, I swapped Sirius for XM in my 2005 Murano. The connector may have changed but otherwise it should work. The befuddled company did merge but there isn't a radio with both chipsets available yet The problem as I understand it that it would raise the cost significantly.
I'll see if I can get a good look at the unit today, Initially all I could see was the nav unit
