Default Could Use Some Advice

Haven't owned an Audi for about 4 years when I sold my '04 A8L in '10 and replaced it with a BMW X5d. Getting ready to trade a BMW 335i for either a new S7 or a Panamera S or GTS, either of which will be CPO, 1 to 2 years old.
My issues with the S7 are a lack of interior color choice, black or grey, not crazy about either of them and the limited rear seat headroom. However, given that I will be trading a 3 series BMW which essentially has NO rear seat headroom, that isn't a fair complaint. Acceleration performance is essentially equal with the S7 and the Panamara S with the GTS faster than both.
It's really a coin flip (and a win win) so I'm hoping that some of you on this forum might have some interesting thoughts or insights which might help me clarify my thinking.
Thanks in advance.

I can't offer any 1st hand experiences, but from a car guy who's had many great vehicles (musclecars to Italian exotics) I can say that the S7 looks much better than the Panamera. Head room is slightly compromised in the S7 to achieve that roof line contour. The 3/4 rear view of the Panamera leaves a bit to be desired. I assume your going to drive both before choosing?

I would agree that the S7 has more pleasing lines. Yes, I'm test driving both of them next week, same dealer.
