hi guys,
I have bought an a4 b7 2.0 tdi but I am now wondering should i have gotten the 1.9 tdi ? which of the 2 engines is best for modding ?? (i.e which could i get the most bhp from- 200-250 sounds good )
any experiences with both these engines is greatly appreciated thank you

 

In my opinion I think 2.0 tdi is better and you have already bought it anyway

 

Yes 2.0TDI is a much better engine that everyone shall impresse with fast performance than 1.9TDI

 

The 2.0 TDI Common Rail engine is better than the older unit injector technology.

Also, some of the 2.0 PD engines were 16 valve engines, which should be able to handle more power than an 1.9 8 valve engine.
