Hello, I have been a lurker but this is first time posting.

There was a waitress at Hooters that I really liked and I finally had the nerve to get her phone number and ask her out and she said yes. I drive a beat up 15 year old Honda Accord with paint fading. I always loved Audi's and I think this is a great time to get one. IF I do a lease, I think I can get an Audi up to the 50-60k range. Do you all have any suggestions on which one I should get? Not just to impress this girl but in case this doesn't work out, other girls.

Dude.... Don't buy a car just to impress some girls.

 

You should get whichever one you like the most, that you can reasonably afford... I'm pretty sure you will have the car payment a lot longer than you have the girlfriend!

That being said, any S model should suffice... (not just an S-Line A model)

 

If you can afford it then buy what you like for you not her!

 

Unfortunately, I don't have as many qualities as other guys do.

I would say the point here, is to not attach confidence to a car. There's nothing wrong with being proud of your car (I sure as hell am proud of my car), but to require a nicer car to feel secure is not the way to go. Find a girl who likes you for you, not you for your car (unless your goal is just to get in, and out).

 

^ True dat. If you DO feel the need to get an Audi, though, B6/B7 S4 should do you right. But it does sound like she likes you for you, big guy.

 

I took a girl on a date with a Hyundai Accent. She was very impressed.

It was a rental too (she didn't know).

I will be honest. This girl is very hot. No, I don't believe it when a guy says I just want a nice girl. Every guy wants a hot girl. Not every guy can get one.

I am not like some of my playboy friends who go out with 9-10 rated girls every weekend. They break up with one and find another one even hotter.

This is one my few opportunities so might as well make the most of it. I wanted an Audi anyways so might as well get one now.


I would love to get an R8, I was even thinking of getting the 1st year model so it can be more affordable or get a new a6 or a5. I think the a5 looks sporty enough to impress the girls.
