Jazz NEEDS ur help!!! *NEW* Summer Game (possible PRIZES!!!)
OK, instedda chasing SPAM for points (although it IS spam-season), I thought we'd play around with encouraging *new* members to stick around and have some FUN (unless you're dyslexic, then it's FNU), and participate in Audi-ivity with us!
This game is played ENTIRELY in the New Members section! The premise is simple, and similar to how we score the Spam-Jumpers game:
Stop by the New Members section and post up a welcome message (or, answer their plea for help) to some new member who hasn't been welcomed, yet... You just earned 10-points! 2nd person to post to a new members with a message gets 9-points. Scoring goes down to 1-point for the 10th poster.
Person with the most points by the end of summer (say, 30 September) wins a lame-*** prize (TBD).
I also need someone interested in helping me keep score. PM me!
Lets' get this joint back to where we used to be... Lots of people enjoying Audi's and annoying the crap outta each other! I miss that!

I'm tempted to change the playing-field and move the start date from yesterday out to the middle of next week, just to phugk wit Beau!

Seriously, I think if we start actually taking a few miutes to welcome the newbs we'll grow our "brand." Well, that, and increase the number of BOV questions.
I'm gonna see if I can get the tech-cert idea back up and running, this summer, too! So, if you DO hold an automotive cert, standby... More to follow...

To do Spam-Jumpers, TOO, I'd DEFINITELY need some help with scoring for one or the other. Keeping track of both would end up being a full-time vocation, on top of the 2 jobs I already have...
Maybe we'll hold off on spam-jumping until fall/winter. We'll see.
