I believe you as long as "15km run" is code for "drink beers, eat nachos and lie on couch".

RE: The SUNDAY morning thread...
Um why, headed out to church, I'll probably tell RG and Sexican their beer is *still* at my house.
wash the cars
clean the garage,
clean the kitchen,
finish up my micro fiber towel loads.

That's exactly what I'm doing today!! Everything except for the nachos. I'm watching golf, drinking beers and smoking a cigar or two! I'm still feeling good about all my fighters winning last night on UFC!!

Been up since 6:30am, now its 7:20am.. going to go fix the turbo outlet hose on my car.. yippie... then hang out... go to work, and watch the Seahawks stomp the bears into the ground, and let the NFL/world know we are destined to show everyone what we are made of

part of your day sounds right, but i know someone that knows the bears are destined to show everyone what they are made of! i think i agree with him....
washing and waxing my car today , takin it out for a spin, too! maybe golf...then cooking dinner and camping on the couch to watch the hungry bears devour the wimpy seahawks.
