RE: Valntines
I don't know man. Even if I had a significant other..I'm pretty sure I'd ignore valentines day. Its a completely consumer holiday in my opinion. Its the "guys buy your girlfriends flowers and candy or else" holiday. That's just crap to me. Why do I need to buy crap for my girlfriend in order to show her I love her? Why do I need some silly "official" day to do it? We've already got xmas around as the I.V. of consumerism...
Valentines is a pointless stupid shallow day. Ugh..I'd vent some more..but it just really isn't worth it.

Well its not pointless if you have someone that you WANT to do all those things for, and not feel obligated just cuz its a selected day.
I sound like a sap don;t I?

RE: Valntines
I would have to agree. "Its a completely consumer holiday" Last girl I was with Expected lot of money to be spent on this day, I mean, like $500. needless to say, I don't see her anymore, but yeah, I don't mind doing thing for your significant other, I just don't want to be expected to.
