Default What do you listen to when you drive?

I like all different types of music but recently I really got into techno/dance songs while driving. Especially on the highway these songs get me to put my foot to the floor! I watched some gumball videos on youtube and pretty much got a bunch of really good techno songs, what do you guys think? When I drive I don't like to listen to songs that you gotta skip threw for certain parts ect. I wonna hit play and drive. What do you listen to?

It does matter if you get a remix or not or else it sounds completely different IMO.

-DT8 Project feat. Andrea Britton - Winter (Max Graham Sidechain Remix)
-JFK Whiplash (Bad Habbit Boys Remix)
-Deep Dish - Say Hello (Main Vocal Mix)
-DJ Tiesto feat. Andain - Beautiful Things
-Fonzerelli - Moonlight Party (Original)
-Ian Van Dahl - Inspiration
-Orbital - Halycon On and On

techno.
lots of techno.
the kind that pisses everybody off even when the windows and doors are shut.
the kind where you feel like your at a rave, in your car.

the kind where you start to flail your arms one out the sunroof one out the window.

..
that kind.

Is there really anything else anyhow? My iPod is loaded with a ton of stuff, and I'll sometimes just randomly cycle it through. Mudvayne, Static-X, Five Finger Death Punch, Korn, DevilDriver, and Disturbed are likely ones to hear in my car. Honestly though, I like a lot of different things - hell, I've got Linkin Park's piano instrumentals for when I'm just feeling laid-back, or maybe some acoustic Shinedown. It all depends on my mood. About all I can't take is country, hip-hop, bluegrass, and R&B. As long as it's not those, I can cope with it.

My music choice is totally mood driven, but my all time favorite standard is The Who.

I feel like we've covered this before but anyways....

for me it depends on what I am doing

If I'm cruising around I'll bump some rap and chill with the homies.

If I'm moving, it'll be either techno or I"ll bust out the Burn List (a playlist on my ipod that has music from Dropkick Murphys to the Crue, some, AC/DC, and all kind of old school rock that makes me wanna put the pedal to the floor.

All I gotta say is nothing makes me hit trips quicker then a little Kick Start My Heart and an empty road

well, my driving record is not great and im on probation for the next 8 months, so i try to listen to stuff that calms me down a bit like WBGO NPR jazz, or i fill my ipod shuffle with reggae and dub and listen to that. it helps me EASE UP on the gas pedal =)
