Default Quick Need Help !!!!!!

Right now i have a 2008 Audi A5 S-line fully loaded and black on black with 9500 miles on it. Six Speed. I am in high altitude about 8900 feet above sea level. So what i am getting at is i am coming from much more powerful cars and in this altitude i am losing quite a bit of power and mpg only getting 19.6 mpg.( The gas doesnt bother me that bad sucks in altitude) Now i have the opportunity through a audi dealership to swap my car no downpayment and no increase in payment for an 2008 Audi S4 fully loaded and it has the RS package on it with 9800 miles on it so not much difference in miles. The S4 has the alcantara leather nav, you name it but its an automatic. The S4 is Dolphin grey. I would like the power of the S4 but my A5 has the s-line package with S- suspension and handling wise and as a GT is a great car gets tons of looks. But it isnt a true S version Audi which i want. I have posted pics of each car to let me know what you guys think of the idea. I could really use the help thanks

Keep the A5, no car with an manual trans is worth trading out for one that isnt. Just my opinion. Transmission is a deal breaker for me.

You should keep the A5. That car is beautiful. On the mpg, the S4 gets about 17 average for me. The big V8 sounds awesome and has lots of power but it does suck gas. Looks wise, the A5 wins hands down IMO.
