Stratmosphere Induction B6 S4??

Default Stratmosphere Induction B6 S4??
Anybody have any experience with this item? They claim a 10 hp gain. Is it worth it for the hp gain, or is it more for letting the engine breathe better? Check it out and let this noob know!
