Anyone know if it's possible to switch out the manual climate control in a 1993 90S to an electronic version with out changing much or is everything run off servos and such?

But it's posssible, and because you have an A/C it isn't so hard to do. The easiest way is to find the same car on junky yard and swap everything that is needed.
you mean half inside dash. Dude thats a lot, unless you change the heater core then it would be okey.
But ye, evrything is duable, just not enough green and woman.
