Question Which Coil Pack Revision is Best?

On my way home tonight I got the flashing cel and rough running with Vagcom confirming a misfire on cyl 3 and it moved to cyl 2 when I switched coils. So Im gonna replace all 4 coils this week but was wondering which revision is best? Ive seen the "E" and "R" revisions where E's seem to be bolt down and R's are just push down. Any particular reason to go with one over the other on my 01 1.8T?

I noticed on the R picture on ECS that they have part number 06B 905 115L stamped on them which is the same as the ones in my car currently but if the bolt down style is better I'll go with them.
