I'm in the middle of my TB job and I cant figure out how to get my harmonic balancer off. I've removed the 8 bolts already but its not coming off. Is there something else I should remove to get it off or is there any special way to remove it?

Be sure you have them all out. It may just be stuck on there from oxidizing on the aluminum hub. Try rocking it back and forth, give it a tap with a rubber mallet or dead blow.
