See, me too. cuz i like making jokes, about everyone. I think the reason i posted this was because, some of the threads in there are just pure hatred. Now, is making a joke racist, according to my intercultural communications prof. yes. am i a racist. no. Do i like jokes. yes. will i continue with them. yes.

Well your intercultural prof. is probably a bleeding heart liberal who gets offended easily. Maybe if he would quit being such a pussy he could realize that sometimes people get offended when you try too hard to consider their feelings. I make mexican jokes all the time with my mexican friends and black jokes with my black friends. Its all good in the neighborhood.

^ Not really. We had this one kid in my flight at Basic who was racist. And black. If you didn't agree with him you were a racist; he even called other black guys racist.

She was a liberal bloody pussy yes. I had wrote in one of my papers that i partake in the telling and listening of cross-cultural jokes, and she scolded the shit out of me in her comments, asking how i could argue to anyone that i was not a racist, cuz according to her, i was... it was fu(ken stupid, i called her out in class on it, raised my hand, in the back of the room, so everyone in between her and I,the entire class, could hear this discussion.
^ from what I see of your posts around here yer not a racist. People tend to write like they speak, whether they want to or not. There ARE a few who harbor "protectionist" (let's call it that, so "we" don't get labeled as *disparagers,* shall we) mentalities, and it clearly shows in how they write.
Personally, I think we all have a little bit of an urge for homo-geniality in our social interactions. It's natural, believe it or not. Still, doesn't mean lions can lay with lambs, given the opportunity. Lamb IS tasty, after all!
