Default Supersprint Exhaust

Does anyone have any experience or know how good Supersprint exhausts are????
I am trying to find a an exhaust that is not "loud" but will allow my car to "breathe."

Thank you for listening...

Hi A4B6Mia, personally I've never heard of the supersprint exhaust system. Selecting an exhaust system for your car can be challenging depending on fancy. There R some nice systems out there to choose from: Borla, Neuspeed, Apr, Thermal ?? and Milltek. I chose Milltek because I didn't want a system that is too loud. It is noticeable when accelerating, but I'm pleased with Milltek. Have U heard any sound Bytes from any of these systems??

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I have been inclined to go purchase the Milltek exhaust mainly because it is not "loud." Borla is too loud, haven't heard much on APR and Neuspeed.

The only sound bytes i have heard have been from Borla. If you come across any, please drop me a line, i would love to listen

JENNY TO THE RESCUE!!!

I have a 2005 S4
I installed the supersprint setup 2 months ago
Supersprint is perrrfect i think..

At first I was somewhat dissapointed because it was so quiet..
BUt the sound was more tuned.. like euro racey...
but after some hard runs up the crest it broke in the exhaust
my exhaust noise now is just right!
It sounds very close to stock, but definately is louder under full throttle, but not nearly close to anything annoyingly loud
it growls when i rev it in classic supersprint style
I think it is the classiest sounding exhaust,
I t runs faster up top as well... from 4000 to 7000 i have notable gain in swiftnesss in acceleration
my friend got milltek and said it was too loud, opted for what i have..
I should put a sound clip on here
I WAS transporting an old armenian grand mother a month ago, and she was in the back seat...
I believe it was just somewhat loud for her, it only made me a little concerned as the deep rumble is only slightly louder thans stock
ok thats my heart and mind on the supersprint

In had a Super sprint on my '97 3 series and my dad had one on his '95 911. Both sounded great as mentioned above, very tuned sounding not obnoxious. They both held up well and seemed to be of very good quality. They were the nicest exhaust I've had on a car next to the Mugen exhaust on my Integra Type R. I don't know they make all the parts you want. You could always get the other piping from another company and they should connect up.

Jenny, exactly what from Supersprint did you put on the car. I visted their web site and the only thing that was posted was resonators and a left muffler. Do they sell an entire catback system and if so, what did you pay?

By the way, do you live in So Cal?
