Default new urs4 owner with some questions !

Hey there audi anthusiasts. I'm a new audi urs4 owner from Canada.
I love this car so far. But there is few trouble with the car since i only
paid 3500 $ cdn. It only haves 150 000 miles on it !

Brakes are dead must replace disc/pads
a seal from the diff is leaking
it needs new winter tires
The body is in "ok" shape but not perfect.
There is also a minor leak of power steering liquid from pump.
last thing is air in the brake lines.

This may looks like a big problem list but i'm willing to do what must be done to make her in good shape !

here are some pictures.

I have a few questions tho... How does the clutch pedal is suposed to feel ?
I feel like my clutch pedal have a very small throw... I stall 1 times out of 4 at signal lights...

thank you for your interest !
and sory for my bad english !

Most of the 5 cylinder power steering pumps leak. it's probably coming from the cross plug on the top, right? you can buy a rebuild kit with new seals. replace the cross plug seal and you'll probably be fine. just be sure you hold your finger on it when you unscrew it (there is a spring underneath). the clutch sounds about right from my experience. bleed the brake lines after replacing your rotors and pads and enjoy your new car!
