Default A Few Quick Questions

The first issue im having is when i shift gears i feel somewhat of a quick jerk before i move fully into the next gear...

Not sure if i need a tranny flush?
Or do i need to get motor mounts?

before YOU shift, or the car shifts? Is this a manual or auto tranny?

It could be that the clutch is not fully disengaging. Try bleeding / adjusting the clutch and see what happens.
