I have read that it could be "throttle actuator" or "throttle valve control module". Then I read it could be "throttle body" or also the "j338" whatever the
h--l that is. Car idles low, surges at low rpm and hesitates as well, anyone have this problem with a successful fix? Thank you in advance for your help. I currently have the throttle body off and have cleaned it well.

Update: I read somewhere that the dealer needs to reprogram in order to cure this code. Has anyone heard of this or dealt with this problem before? Thanks
