Default Bought myself s 02 s4!

hey guys im pretty new to the site just been lurking and reading and learning about these cars. last week i bought myself a 02 s4 in santorin blue with black leather. car has 93k on it and its in really good shape. so far i love the car its my new daily driver to work since my 600hp 03 cobra isnt really to good in bad weather specially with winter comming soon here in NJ. its a tiptronic car as i wanted an auto and i dont plan on really modding the car for the most part. the car does need some maintence stuff which will be taken care of, specially since im a technician myself and can do most of the things myself.

so far ive replaced the coolant bottle, rebalanced all 4 tires, and cut the rear rotors cause they were squealing. the t-belt needs to be done but im having 4ringking from here do it since hes local and a cert. audi tech. the valve covers also need to be done as they do leak a little. over all im very happy with it. heres a few pics the day after i got it at my dealership..

and here is my other money pit which i DD for 5 years until now, awsome car and brutal power. has gone 10.87@130 on drag radials and full weight.

Welcome to the forums!
You own two of my favorite rides. I love the s/c Cobras. I've owned 4 Mustangs
in the past (not all at once) but not anymore. 2 were s/c (92 5.0 lx notch, and a 2001 GT, both had a Procharger Ps1)
The s4 will be a great d/d, especially in the Jersey winter weather.
As you already know, be sure to do the maintenance work asap and try to preserve the turbos best you can.
As a tip owner I highly recommend doing a trans. filter and fluid change. It's a pita and supposed to be lifetime fluid but that's an oxymoron in itself.
Other than that, Enjoy!

thanks for the welcome! yeah the maintenance will definately be done asap just getting the money together now since im having the tbelt, valve covers, cam seals, etc all done at once while its apart. and i definately though about doing the trans fluid as well seeing as idk if its ever been changed, trans shifts very smooth so i wanna keep it that way. thats awsome you have some mustangs to ive had a bunch of fox bodies then i bought the 03. now it has a built MMR motor, kenne bell blower, n2o, etc.. yeah i cant wait for the snow i will actually be able to leave my house! lol usually i was stranded as the mustang couldnt even get out of the driveway..lol
