Default orange bulb eliminating after Clear Corner mod by Beer Mod

For you that have the one piece headlights on your B5 A4....

Tools (See pic#1)
1/4' drive wrench
5' extension
T-30 torx bit

To remove the headlight start by un-clicking the backs off of the headlights. Then un plug both high and low beams, but don't worry about the turn signal because you can't until you pull out the housing. Now with the wrench undo the two top torx studs. After you get those it is time to find the hidden one (see pic #2) this one is about 4' down and is directly under the hole my wrench is in. Once you have these three bolts out you can slide out the headlight (sort of a pain)
With the headlight out pull the bulbs out and hang them so that you san get to all sides easily. I used 500* paint (see pic #3) because the bulb will get hot. Stay back about 12' or so and spray a very lite coat but be careful not to spray the plug end of the bulb (could cover with tape if you need to) After you are done the should look like these (see pic 4 & 5) with a nice and even coat let dry 1/2 hr then re-install good luck....
