Another great solution to hold your IPOD is to purchase a holder from ProClip, an online resource that offers several great IPOD mounts for your A3. The one I purchased allows an easy plug-in of your IPOD and provides a perfect viewing angle.
I have a clip from Bracketron that works great. It swivels the iphone vertically or horizontally. But I must say, the ashtray holderis SO much better ...SO cool.
It looks like it might work the same way. Is there a way to get the cables from the back of the stereo to the inside of the ashtray compartment without cutting anything? Is there a hole back there?
