Default Flow Audi of Greensboro, NC

I was apprehensive about traveling 1+ hours out of my way when another dealership is only 15 miles away from me. Per the recommendation of a coworker who was very happy with her VW and the service received at Flow, I contacted Don Smith in the internet sales department. He was very responsive, and his communication was clear and concise. I scheduled a test drive with him for December 9, and upon arrival he referred me to Jim Stratton, an Audi specialist who could answer even my most difficult and specific questions.

Unlike the dealership I visited prior to Flow, Jim and Don were able to immediately locate a car out of state that fit my exact specifications, appraise my trade-in and work out a decent price in less than an hour. They were more concerned with getting me the right car than trying to move on-the-lot inventory, they were not pushy at all and they were both very enthusiastic about their products. I could have probably worked down the price a little more, but I am not a haggler and I felt their best offer was fair (and even below Edmunds' true market value for the region).

On December 11, I placed a deposit on the vehicle, and they had it ready for delivery a little more than a week later with all options and accessories added.

This is my first Audi, and if I continue to be as happy with it as I am right now, they'll have my business again in the future.

I am really surprise to see that how it possible that from one dealership to another dealership distance is just 15 miles.I don't like this policy because it effects the customers.

yea why they do this thing....... Dealership is very important part, where they serve your regular customers, Audi Cars Have very huge potential in US Market, where if dealer fail to maintain this repitation than don't think it will good for Audi
