Default Another transmission problem thread

Alright, here's what happened...I had been driving down the highway for about an hour prior to this happening with no problems, but when I came to a complete stop at a traffic light and then accelerated, once the rpm's hit 1400 there was a loud thud and then my car went into limp mode. I pulled off to the side of the road and turned the car offand then back on and it was no longer in safe mode. So I pressed down on the gas pedal and I could feel that the car was in first because it started to slowly crawl but once again once the rpm's hit 1400 there was a loud thud and it went into safe mode again. It continues to do this unless I let the car gain a little speed (~5-7 mph) but then when I try to accelerate the car seems to be going into 3rd 4th and overdrive randomly as I press the gas pedal and after about 45 seconds of it going crazy it then goes into limp mode. My reverse works fine but everytime I hit 1400 rpm when first accelerating there is a loud thump and it goes limp. I got ahold of a guy with a vag com to pull some codes and reset them and this is what came up:

I'm hoping it's just something electricaland that seemsto bethe most plausible because the transmission will shift gear's if I get it up to speed but it seems to have trouble choosing a gear to go with. Any help would be great, thanks.

Would love an update on the limp mode thud problem you are having. My A8 is doing the same exact thing but only with slightly harder then normal braking.
