Default Attention All w/ Bad/Fading Instrument Clusters!!!!

Yeah, I'm talking to you A4, S4, A6, S6, etc drivers! There's a push to get this taken care of by Audi in the form of a recall. If enough people call this number, hopefully Audi with recognize and address the problem. I find this to be a safety hazard to say the least. I refer you to this post;

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=162757

Their customer service is supposed to be excellent so when you have time and would like to call, please do so. Supposedly a recall occurred in Europe already.

I'll be posting this in a few other sections around here for those that don't always browse the Off Topic.

Sure, we have tryed before but keep on keeping on! In the words of Journey, "Don't stop, BELIEVING!"

Bump! No one here has put any work in to call?

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!

CALL: 1-888-327-4236 AND SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER CARE REP.

**iF THEY GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TO CALL IN ABOUT THIS PROBLEM THEY HAVE TO MAKE IT A RECALL

this has already been recalled in Europe and with enough complaints they will have to do the same in the US also...

call them and give them you VIN and they have to report it to the National Highway Traffic safety Administration

...and thier website is nhtsa.gov

Its been tried never been passes. Just because the cluster does not work does not mean it puts anybodys life in danger. Which means they are not forced to recall it.

I'll make sure to call sometime tomorrow. It'd be nice to get a new one, but honestly, after I got my sunshade it hasn't really been too bad.

No problem. [sm=icon_cheers.gif]

Ocadam- Well, the cluster does tell you when you need certain things checked... i.e. brakes.
