Default 99 2.8 Power Steering Pump replacement - help

Hey All:

Well, at 91K, the Power steering pump has decided to take a long dirt nap. Sounds kinda like a cross between a cement mixer and a blender with a bad bearing. I have a new one on order; should be here on Thursday.

It looks pretty straightforward to get at and change, but has anyone done this and have any tips/tricks/suggestions as to how to make this as painless as possible?

Thanks much!!
