New to Audi engine swaps

New to Audi engine swaps
So I have an 1998 a6 that was my daily while I worked on my Honda. But I wanted to do something different so I'm going to work on the a6 instead after So I'm tossing up the idea of an engine swap. Is it worth it and if so what engine should I go with?
